Dr. Hagen's office is located on Cincinnati's West Side, only 15 minutes from downtown. You can find the office easily at 4998 Glenway Avenue.
Apointments
Schedule an appointment to reserve your individual time for treatment as well as the attention you deserve. Hagen Dental Practice is available for you Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
To reschedule an existing appointment, please notify the office at least 48 hours in advance. Hagen Dental Practice does not charge for a missed appointment; however, the office generally will not reschedule a patient who has not given the appropriate notice.
In Case of An Emergency
In case of an emergency, please contact Dr. Hagen's office by phone (513.251.5500) as soon as possible to arrange treatment. During non-office hours, an answering service will provide immediate emergency information.
